Tarantella (2015)
Saxophone Quartet - (SATB) - Performed by the Davis Road Sax Quartet
"An original vignette in the style of a tarantella, an Italian dance in 6/8 time, thought to cure poisonous spider bites. The piece then transforms into somewhat of an Irish Jig. This composition plays with the unique timbre of the saxophone family as well as maintaining the light-hearted dance. Scored for Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bari Sax."
