The Cordell High School Band, under the direction of Mr. Aaron Edge, is commissioning Oklahoma composer, Jackson Anderson, to create a brand new work for band!

The new piece will feature exciting and colorful harmonies not normally found in the "younger band" medium.  Careful care will be taken with instrumentation so that smaller ensembles will also be successful in the performance of this new piece.

Instrumentation:  Wind Band (opt. Piano)

Length:  ~3 Minutes

Difficulty:   Grade 2.5-3

Cost:  $150

Deadline to Sign-Up:  February 14th, 2025

Delivery of Piece:  March 14th, 2025 (exclusivity until December 20th, 2025).

     Invoice will be sent to you, with payment due by May 1st. 

All participants will have their ensemble listed along with the director's name listed in the score.  In addition, the first 10 schools from Oklahoma to sign-up will receive a free clinic with the composer at the director's discretion!
