"A fanfare for Brass and Percussion written to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Norman High School Band, in Norman, OK. Commissioned by their director, Stephen Meiller, the piece quotes the Norman High Alma Mater as well as other call backs to the history of the Norman High Band."
